#01 學(xué)術寫作(zuò)思路解析

This week, we’ll be discussing the composition of a work team within a company. A diverse workforce refers to a group of employees of different types. There employees may have different cultures, backgrounds, and even genders. Consider the following question: If a company hires a diverse workforce and allows them to work together in the same workplace, what kind of impact will this have on the company’s productivity? A positive or negative impact? Why?

Kelly

I think having a diverse workforce work together in the same workplace can have a positive impact on the company’s productivity. By working together, employees can interact with different individuals and have more fun and joyful work experience.

Paul

I believe that having different employees working together will have a negative impact on the company’s productivity. Employees with different cultural backgrounds may misinterpret each other, causing disagreements in viewpoints and approaches. This could lead to a decrease in the company’s efficiency.

#03 托福寫作(zuò)備考3步走

寫作(zuò)作(zuò)為(wèi)托福裏“又(yòu)要邏輯又(yòu)要語言能(néng)力”的一部分(fēn)，一直是很(hěn)多(duō)托福考生難以突破的一科(kē)，今天我們為(wèi)大家分(fēn)享托福寫作(zuò)備考的3個步驟，看看寫作(zuò)備考怎麽備考、每個階段應該備考到什麽程度。

👉 STEP 1：先寫對句子

首先要能(néng)寫出正确的句子，然後需要明白考官眼中(zhōng)的加分(fēn)句子和詞彙是什麽，這樣才能(néng)知彼知己、百戰不殆；

如果有(yǒu)的學(xué)生寫句子的問題都比較大的話，我們在課程中(zhōng)也有(yǒu)對應的帶練，至少讓同學(xué)們在寫作(zuò)初期先“走起來”。

👉STEP 2：理(lǐ)清邏輯充實内容

基礎打紮實之後，接下來就可(kě)以結構化寫作(zuò)練習了，先打好框架，再梳理(lǐ)清楚邏輯關系，zui後是充實優化内容；

對于綜合寫作(zuò)的部分(fēn)，前期聽力的準備也是很(hěn)有(yǒu)必要的，需要精(jīng)聽練習起來，多(duō)記錄有(yǒu)效的信息。

👉STEP3：考前強化

範文(wén)考前強化，模考練習，知道弱點在哪裏，查漏補缺。
